Ok, so a girl at work is giving me multiple IOIs (using my name, maintaining eye contact when I look at her (and looking at me and making eye contact when I don't, specifically), talking to me when she has an excuse to, but not a real reason. How should I go forward with this? Obviously I don't want to be too pushy/direct as that could end poorly. We don't have much actual at work interaction, as she's in another department. |

Invite her for some caffe when you have launch time at work, or go together to eat something:)
