First of all, we don't know why the two of you separated in the first place? Did she cheat on you? Were you abusive? Did you cheat on her? Was she bad in bed? Were YOU bad in bed...? All of this has to be taken into consideration before we can give you some kind of advice.
To just say "move on" might simply be too quick in terms of judging the situation. BUt also, to say "get back to her" might not be appropriate depending on the past relationship.
