So I met this girl in the cafeteria at my community college and we chatted for a min and then I saw her again on another day. 2nd day I said we should make a deal to each lunch around this time every day and she was cool with that and on the next day I ran the cube and got her number.

This girl is really shy and It is hard to play off of anything she says or does so I did kino as much as I could've and didn't escalate as much. Idk maybe I just don't have enough experience with shy girls, but I was giving it a good shot.

Anyway the next time we're suppose 2eat 2gether she is with some other guys and she waves at me and then she walks back after like 7min or so. Initially I was going to try and isolate her, but she say she has to catch a bus as soon as I get the words out. Maybe just bad timing? BTW we only eat 2gether on Tues and Thurs

It creates too much pressure, and it gets to a point where it feels kind of like homework or something. Your mission should be to get her OUT OF THE SCHOOL environment. Once you completely isolate her from everyone the two of you may know, she should be a bit more outgoing. Again, do not emphasize too much on this lunch deal. It makes you seem needy and it's difficult to make happen every time. With shy girls you have to create a lot of comfort. Comfort translates into attraction for them. Get her laughing and you'll earn her interest. My 2 cents.

Yea I was trying to build comfort with her from the start that's why I tried this meet up at school for lunch idea instead of just taking her out because i thought it was easier. I'm just gona stop meeting up with her I guess for now and if I see her again in a few weeks maybe take her out or not w.e..

Yes stop showing up for and/or mentioning the lunch meets. It's possible that the day she was talking to other males and saw you staring, her mind registered you as a needy creep. Stage an accidental run-in with her later, have your phone out, and pretend you barely remember her. Say you're going to help someone study (for a general subject you're actually good at). If played right, she'll see you as a studious man with confidence, come to your place for studying, then you kino and both fuck the night away.

Shy girls want you to enter their world. What you've got to do is simple, enter her world to take her by the hand into yours. Shy girls are usually pretty loyal to you. My ex was shy, I helped her self esteem, she grew tremendously, made friends, I improved her life. Then she cheated, LOL. I find it funny because it backfired on me. Anyways, thats your formula simplified.
