| Post subject: | When a girl is out with a guy |
Ok this has happened twice in the last few weeks and I'm not sure how to handle it... A girl does something to get my attention - in one case a girl hit me in the shoulder then when I turned she waved at me and smiled. In another case a girl put her hand up to high five me then got all touchy-feely hugging me, putting her arm around me, bumping me with her butt etc. I would consider these actions to be IOIs but in both cases the women were out with guys. So with my uncertainty I didn't try to escalate anything because I couldn't figure out if the women were with the guys romantically or not. Is it best to leave these situations alone or should I simply ask them if they are together? I definitely don't want to step on anyone's toes. |

Well, approach them and be friendly to the guys and try to pick up the girls. If they are actually romantically together they will make this clear to you, at which point you will know what the situation is exactly. If they're bf/gf then you should eject but if it's the guy interested in the girl where there is no actual situation you can play the shit out and with very minimal effort make the other guy look like a jealous AFC and with some additional effort take the prize. Don't ask directly because then you will be way too explicit with your intentions. Just implicitly declare them (kino, subtle references, you know.. the stuff) and see what happens. Also to the best of my knowledge, boyfriend/girlfriend situations rarely travel to the clubs together. I barely ever encounter such a situation and if I do they're almost invariably tourists. |

Thanks, Cointoss - in both cases the guy was actually friendly to me too sooo... I was having trouble getting a sense of the relationship. I've had couples talk to me just to be friendly before. But you are right, prob not a lot of couples out at clubs together. I should of escalated a little bit with the girl who got touchy-feely. The guy witnessed it and was still being friendly to me so I doubt they were together.

Just because she is out with a guy does not mean is her boyfriend. They could just be friends, coworker, cousins, etc... If she starts throwing IOI your way, is perfectly fine to game them. I roll with girls to bars, but were just friends. It helps out with social proofing and pulling girls back so much easier. The girls I roll with know about the "game" so it makes it so much easier. At the same time, if there hooking up with other guys, I am not gonna get mad. |
