When you approach someone you actually SHOW that you're a powerful person, as long as you do it with confidence and assertiveness. Most guys won't even dare to talk to random women out there. Let me know what you guys think... i think my thinking is a bit off...
Don't over-think the whole power-giving concept. You see someone, you like her, you go for it. Whether it shows interest or not, who cares. You simply make it happen.
