There is this girl at work who I’ve known now for a few months. Straightaway we hit it off and there were IOI’s (see earlier thread girl-at-work-giving-me-ioiis-vt95120.html?highlight=). She is generally a very talkative person but when talking with me seems to be even more talkative. Also, whenever we walk past each other she nearly always stops to talk to me. On one occasion, when I was in our office breakout area sitting down, she saw me while walking past. Then 30 seconds later came into the breakout area to get a drink, sat down and started talking to me. Moreover, there is nearly always kino from her (touch/tap on the shoulder/arm/forearm etc) when we talk at work and I’ve done a bit of kino on her too. On a couple of occasions the kino from her has also been pretty extended – leaning with her hand on my bare forearm when laughing. I have been out with her and friends after work on 2 occasions. Both times she has got pretty drunk and held my hand to take me to the bar. At the 2nd work gathering when I was sitting there (only for a couple of minutes) by myself very drunk with my head in my hand, she came over and started hugging me, and then even gave me a kiss on the lips (not extended but not a quick peck either) while she was hugging me and asking how I was. She does get more touchy/feely when drunk in general but I haven’t seen her do anything like what she did with me to anyone else. She never mentions she has a bf and has only ever mentioned it once when she was drunk (that was at the one previous work gathering I had with her where she held my hand to take me to the bar, but not when she kissed me on the lips). I have found out from a reliable source that she is in a long term, long distance relationship with someone. So, I’m not sure if she does actually like me or is this just her personality? How to play it from here? Got a feeling this could be a oneitis! |

i would say she probably likes you. BUT before anyone can give you advice what do you even want from her? you said shes mentioned a boyfriend and someone told you about a long term relationship. morally do you have an issue with that? do you want a relationship or just casual. also if you dont want to be clingy or worried about oneitis find some other girls to keep your mind busy. |

I’ve always believed that what goes around comes around, so I don’t think I would actively make the move on her and get her to cheat on him. What I would/will do, however, is go with the flow and carry on flirting with her. If things progress and she is the one that initiates something (most likely when she’s drunk lol), then I’ll oblige.also if you dont want to be clingy or worried about oneitis find some other girls to keep your mind busy. Think I’m just after something casual, assuming she does like me and something does happen! |

someone on this forum once said that the moral dilemma is not yours, ITS HERS. IF she wants sex, she will cheat on her bf regardless if it is you. so take advantage of the IOIs and go for it! |
