Post subject:  Gaming on a bus journey..

I regularly catch a bus thats journey lasts around 2/ 2.5 hours..

Inevitably I end up sitting beside HBs on a somewhat regular basis.. and have always liked the idea of picking up a random HB on a casual bus ride.. Haven't really taken conversation further than the "Can I sit here?" haha

There's a thing that buses and nightclubs have in common when it comes to gaming women and that is music acting as an obstacle.. in this case iPods! HBs on buses seem to have earphones attached to their head which makes striking up conversation even harder.. any advice or experience in gaming girls on buses and overcoming some of the obstacles would be most appreciated!

I remember last year, when I was a little more naive, there was a HB8 sat next to me on a train (which lets face is, is very similar to a bus journey), and she had an iPod. I remember she hadn't put her earphones in yet as she had just sat down, and we had a really short conversation, which she seemed receptive to. After 5 minutes of me thinking 'omg omg what can i say omg help!' she then put her earphones in.

I thought about this for a while afterwards, and it's blatant she was hoping i'd carry on the conversation, but she eventually just gave up and put her earphones in.

This frustrated me in the long run, so the next time I was on a train sat next to a HB7, I made sure I got her number there and then, I think it's so so easy, purely for the fact that girls WANT you to talk to them. It doesn't matter what you say, even if it's small talk, as long as you aren't being completely weird they'll be very welcoming to the conversation.

Some will be shy, but as long as you recognize they're shy and not un-interested all is good!
