hi, i just want to become better in social situations, as a confident alpha male. i'm slightly shy now, and want to get better in social situations and not shy away from attractive girls i meet. is there a such thing as social coaches? or any books meant for inner confidence or becoming an alpha male. i'm convinced it doesnt matter how big or tough you are, it's just this attitude that some people have. thanks |

It's all basically a big mind trick. Just convince yourself to start approaching girls. If you get rejected, who cares? You'll laugh it off later with your buds. Eventually you'll go up to enough women and not care about rejection. You'll also develop some nice openers of your own. |
