Does anyone have any random talents? I.E. I can solve a rubik's cube in less than 3 minutes and was in the music scene for about ten years playing the drums. I need ideas and things proven useful out in the field to build DHV |

A good one is to become an expert on something interesting to woman and then bring it up and discuss it with passion and competence when it fits the conversation. You accomplish a couple very attractive things with that. |

I have a blackbelt, went to some really good schools, grew up in a cool area. But the thing that makes these huge DHV's is that I never go up to a girl and say "Hey I have a blackbelt" or brag about these things. Instead I wait until good moments in a conversation to share these things. And I always play down their importance. This started when I took my oath for my blackbelt, one of the rules was not to brag about it. So I never bragged, only shared. It was designed to keep me out of fights. Worked for picking up chicks too. Never been viewed as a negative trait so far. They are usually surprised and love learning about it, I just got a whole lot better in their book. Find a way to bring your DHV into the conversation casually. If they already wanted to kiss you or whatever escalation this just went up a lot more, without you looking try hard. So for you cat_eyes, don't carry around a rubiks cube to show girls, but place one as a center piece in your room. If anyone asks, picks it up, or you run across a rubiks cube go ahead and bust out. I never solved one of those without looking it up on the internet. And a half hour of work. lol. Good job. Same for your drums. Someone will definitely ask about that if it is visible. "Oh it's not much, I play a little bit" then bust out a solo. Yah that's okay but I would advise being yourself and having your own things you are actually interested in. If you are not interested in it they can probably spot it. Or you are an amazing actor. It does not need to be interesting to the girl as long as you are passionate about it. That passion is attractive.

I'm a drummer.. There's no reason to bring it up in conversation with girls if they've just seen me performing on stage.. there's also no need to peacock, as what better way to get a girl's attention than to be the focus point of an entire pub when I'm playing with my band..

One thing i've been getting into lately is "Dream Interpretation". Not only do I think it's cool, but girls love it too! If youy can cold read someone, you can do this as well (as long as you have actually read a book on it  )

All these talents are probably better then palmistry and cold reading which may be getting overexposed. Oh and btw. While programming is inheirantly boring to most woman you can actually make it interesting by mixing in complete technical jargon that gos over their head with examples of your powerful, well paid, life changing, paradigm shifting, coding expertise. Add some NLP in for fun. So you can make almost any expertise exciting by how you present it. I have used Real estate cash flow analysis, which one PUA author calls out as the most boring example of what doesn't turn woman on, to turn woman on. So its all in the presentation not the exact field. Although being a rock star is certainly inherently more interesting then most skills. |
