It's hard whether to say what you should do. I tend to not go for girls in my immediate circle but when you've been 1on1 with the girl there's been interest. Hmmz, difficult situation. Do whatever you feel like but make you sure things won't get too awkward and keep your dignity at all times.

look, there is no magical way to get a girl to want to fuck you, you have a few aspects, where you fit socially, how much monetary gain you can offer, how good looking you are, how much you actually go for it without being needy, what sort of future worth do you present for her/what can she gain from being with you lifestyle wise in the future

you want to have sex with her, you need to convey interest without being needy, and keep increasing how much compliance she gives you, until she complies with sex, escalate

if she wont be alone with you, and wont give you compliance, there is not very much you can do, she either

1)doesn't like you physically

or

2)doesn't like you emotionally

but you have to keep in mind, some women LOVE and I mean LOVE, attention, the just fucking crave it, like vampires, they will lead guys on for the validation, to feel like they are special and important, HEY LOOK BECKY, ALL THESE GUYS WANT INSIDE ME, HAHAHAHA BUT I ONLY FUCK GUYS THAT DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT ME,
