do this 50 times, tally it down on a piece of paper to keep track, after 50 in a row, go home and pat yourself on the back, pm me and tell me ?/50 how many you were able to get to stop and what you noticed,

Yeah well said pumpington. Get some more confidence then focus and improve on the other things as you progress further. One step at a time.
