This is my post#100, so I feel like it's my birthday or something lol. In any case, I decided to write a little article about the PUA community and the changes that it is experiencing.

This short article is solely my opinion, so please don't start bashing and taking it all literally lol :shock:. But again, if you have something to say, you are more than welcome to join the conversation.

Is the PUA Community in Danger?!

10 years ago, the concept of being a pick-up artist didn’t exist. As a matter of fact, even 5 years ago you could go to any random club, drop some rehearsed lines, and still get amazing results.

However, nowadays, something very interesting is happening. Women are simply not falling very easily for PUA material anymore. It’s like if they’ve gotten really good at reading through the lines.

So, why is that happening? Are men becoming worse at delivering their PUA material? Are women becoming smarter? Is PUA material dying?!

We Have Been Exposed

PUA material is still alive, but fortunately (or not) the community has been exposed dramatically over the last couple of years. It went from being some sort of secret society where men taught a couple of tricks to help others get women, to a multimillion-dollar industry in a very short period of time.

With growth and expansion of the community, more awareness has been created to the general public. It has gotten to the point where nowadays, it’s not surprising to find that even our grandmothers know about pick-up artists.

If our grandmothers know about the PUA community, what about younger women?

Are Women in the Lookout for Pick-Up Artists?

In my opinion, women are not actively trying to identify pick-up artists. However, every time a woman comes across a guy who seems to be delivering a rehearsed speech, assumptions about him running some sort of “fake” game may arise, even if she can’t call it PUA material.

Also, there’s the thing about Mystery (the PUA) putting us out in the map with his TV show The Pick-Up Artist. In America, this show became so popular that they even had a second season on VH1. For those of you who may not know, VH1 is primarily watched by women, so just imagine how much exposure the community got.

So, Are the Days of the Community Numbered?

Not at all. Actually, the community is now growing more than ever. However, in the future, REAL PUAs will have to keep doing what they have in the past: Evolve. The only way to stay ahead in the game is to be able to modify our style to match society’s behavioral changes.

In the present, it’s not enough to just learn some lines if one wants consistent results with women. Aspects such as personal image and hygiene, inner game, sexual knowledge, among others, must be considered now more than ever.

No man, you got it all twisted. The truth is the type of material being learned and taught. Pretty much every PUA forum out there is full of community-fed bullshit. What makes you think lines worked years ago? They didn't. But I can see why you say that. Our brains have a phenomenal ability to make anything make sense. Does it mean it's correct? No. Just like most of the material around here. Does it all make sense? Yes it does. Does it actually work? Not really, it's mostly bullshit. I know because I've tried pretty much everything there is first hand until I actually found a method that works,

60 Years Of Challenge. That's the most simple you can get. It all makes sense, but it's not bullshit, it works.

Those are all bullshit. There is something correct behind each one of them but all of it is a jumble, there's a shit load of mental masturbation. The real problem doesn't lie in the fact that we've been exposed or anything like that. The truth is that (not referring to you specifically) YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG. Either that or you're actually doing it right and you think you're doing it wrong when in fact you aren't.

Read 60 years of challenge everyone, I beg you all to read THAT material. Forget Mystery, forget The Game, forget DeAngela, forget inner vagina game, forget alpha buttsex. Just read 60 years of challenge and it will solve all your problems. Yes, this really sounds like one of those ridiculous advertisements but I've tried all the above and had my fair share of experiences.

So basically forget everything and just follow what you're saying :roll:...and everyone should do that because you've tried everything...hmm...I see.

The only thing left in your response was something like: "Call in the next 10 minutes and get your second copy free...plus shipping and handling..."

Again, I respect everyone's opinions, but please, if you're going to criticize mine, have some compelling arguments to back yourself up. :wink:

Maybe that way everyone in here can learn something you know...

This is not really original, dude. Every few months somebody comes up with this post and wants to start the panic. Chris is right, the canned material is working less because it's being used more often. It doesn't help that guys with no clue what they are doing try to run routines and crash/burn, which then makes it tougher for us to give it a whirl on a chick. Pickup material isn't something a girl "falls for," because the goal is to help you become a bit more interesting to women. It's not a trick.

Yeah man and you do that one bit to become more interesting to women through pure, relentless escalation. Believe it or not, what I read from that material ignores all the other terminology. It's so basic and down to earth that every situation is unique, there is NO routine or trick. It's all about escalating and being direct. That's not a routine, that's you being you with that one particular girl. The whole 60 years of challenge material is just amazing, like it's not even something girls can pick up on. For example. When you raise sexual tension, a girl will bait you into breaking rapport by calling you a creep and stuff just to scare you off. But that doesn't mean shit, she likes being "creeped" on inside. She's just not comfortable with the sexual tension. So what does the material advocate? It advocates that you play it off 100% humble such as saying something along the lines of, "Oh ok, it's just that you're pretty and you turn me on. :)" I mean, that's how basic and original it is. What is the girl going to say? "Oh I know you're being humble because you're using 60 years of challenge."

You can't go wrong with 60 years, it's effective right down to the bone, you can't get anymore simple than that. On top of that, it will eliminate all of your mental masturbation and insecurities. When I read 60's material, I stopped there. I didn't read any other pick-up material past that. It's one of those things that once you find it, you discover that it's the true underground secret out of all the others. The shit finally turned clear, I stopped thinking so much about pick-up. That's when you realize how much of a joke pick-up really is.

Here here, I totally agree.

Getting past AA and just approaching a girl will increase a timid guy's success rate without fail. Canned material adds the pressure of having to remember things.

Girls mostly admire confidence in a man...

I always go by "when you're talking to a girl, think 'I'm the one that can make you orgasm'." [Lay Guide]. This thought always gives me heaps of confidence (and a confident look about me) and even if she walks away, it's her loss !

To summarize, Natural is the only method for me. Practice builds natural, failures/rejections make me better at playing the game...
