I think a sexual vibe is directly related to your inner game. If you don't understand the concept of "SEXY" it won't be so easy to project sexuality. Hand gestures, eye contact and slow blinking (i know it sounds funny), and amount of smiling can definitely help you show your sex-appeal.
A simple way to do this is by slowing down your movements and speech. Watch videos for the cologne "Acqua di Gio for Men", and you'll understand better.
