I have managed to open sets very often but I can never keep the conversation going and usually just stop after an opener and then ask with another opener. What can i use to keep the conversations going? |

Maybe this is just me, but I've come to a place where I don't think of tings as "an opener". I just walk up and start "a conversation" with women. If they're interesting by the time I've realized the conversation is over (could be 10 seconds, could be 10 minutes, could be 10 hours), then I just give them my card. That communicates enough interest that they will either call another day for a date, or stop me and ask what I do for a living, and the conversation has started again. Either way, you won't be wasting your time trying to force a conversation that isn't happening. |

Well, look around you, there's always something happening, something to talk about. Make small talk, ask about why she's here, what does she do, but don't make it sound like you're interviewing her. Most men fall into that trap, and it kills off all interest very quickly. Also, talk about her interests, her views on some topic that you know women have contrary views on and have a playful debate. The "I run out of things to talk about" is just an excuse that I can't see being accepted in this place. Good luck. |

Exactly. And I think that when you and a girl are really vibing, you will naturally do this. I think that if you aren't hitting it off, and a conversation isn't really flowing, then you should cut your losses and move on, to find that girl that you don't run out of things to talk about with. Don't force it. At least that's my opinion, to clarify.

I'll force it a bit. It helps you improve your game faster actually. In any case, a good way of keeping a conversation going is simply by asking a lot of questions. Now, I don't mean like a job interview, but instead, ask questions related to her answers or whatever she's talking about. For instance, if you open a set, and get into a routine, whatever comment she makes, can probably produce a question (assuming her answers are not just "YES/NO"). If you're talking about animals, and she makes a comment saying she likes dogs, you can ask her whether she has one, or what kind of dog she thinks is cuter..., or why dogs are better than cats, etc etc etc. Also, by making her talk, you can identify things she's interested in. The only thing to keep in mind in order to be able to maintain a conversation is to PAY ATTENTION. You shouldn't be in your own head trying to think of the next opener or routine to use. You should be paying attention to whatever she's saying. Also, canned material can be read by women easily if not delivered properly, so try to use it as little as possible. My 2 cents |

You already have the skill you are looking for unless it happens to you in all conversations with all human beings. What's getting in the way? Looking for another technique will just force the pressure to come out somewhere else. What's happening when the conversation dies? Inside you, what's happening? |
