Hey Doc, I have this rash developing in a weird pattern around my pubes and I was wondering if you could take a look at the picture I sent you and see if it looks like Elvis. Oh and also, is there some kind of practice method for sitting in a waiting room with complete strangers? When it happens (and it happened today), I'm not sure if I should initiate conversations with them or if I should keep quiet and stare down into a boring home decorating magazine. Then I get nervous because it feels awkward---I'm not sure exactly what I should be doing aside from sitting there. So I'm getting a lot better in conversations, and even in brief pauses during those conversations, but when it comes to just sitting in tight quarters with strangers I'm still anxious (I'd say 50% above "normal discomfort caused by reduced personal space"). Any advice on this? (You don't have to tell me about Elvis.) |

Well I'd say the best way to get more accustom to situations like that, is to just start talking to people. Not gaming anyone at first, just talking with no intention of it being more then a little chat right there.Oh and also, is there some kind of practice method for sitting in a waiting room with complete strangers? Doc I see you're from Arizona and I have a question for you. I'm under 21, in the Phoenix area, and I'm looking for some good target rich 18+ clubs. The only one that is halfway decent that I've heard of is The Buzz. Do you have any recommendations? |

Yeah I went to the Buzz a few times when I was younger... I'm not really sure off the top of my head. I know some under 21'ers up there though, I'll see if anyone has some good suggestions and post them back here. |

Eh, what's up Doc? Have you heard of the concept of fractionation in NLP? It's when you place your target into a trance state, then snap them out for a few minutes, then put them back in...and the second time, it will be much much more powerful. Well I tried this today on a hired gun, initially I got tons of IOIs, then I broke the trance and conversation by doing a takeaway for 10 minutes, then came back to reinitiate. Unfortunately, it didn't work so well! It's almost as if the "magic" that was in the first conversation didn't carry into the second conversation, and it felt a little awkward when I did came back. Would you say that fractionation only works if you don't leave the set and instead carry on a normal DHV/fluff convo for awhile? |

Personally I NEVER use Milton Model (Hypnotherpy) principals on a target... which includes eliciting trances... however to answer your question about fractionation (I've heard it called trance fracturing myself)... what you are doing is taking someone to a NEAR peak state within the trance, then breaking or fracturing the trance progression before it's finished... I would say 10 minutes is to long of a fracture period, and also not leave during the fracture... I'd keep talking to her and using Key Vocabulary in your speaking to keep her unconcious thinking on a similiar path to the trance. This will build more pressure behind the fracture if you will... Think of it like kinking a hose... you don't wanna turn the water off or it will just fizzle out when you unkink it... however if you let the water keep going in the slowly with you key word usage then when you unkink (repair the fracture) the emotional pattern will explode!Have you heard of the concept of fractionation in NLP? So I pop upp and starts talking to her friend and so on. And she listens and then I put my attention on her and I make her laugh. But I have never come to that stage were we greet and talk when I see her alone. So what do I do ? |

Just curious, how long have you been studying and practicing SS and NLP? Is it the main tool in you pua arsenal? Do you memorize patterns, or just use principles and integrate it into your conversations? |

I actually don't use SS... I may use some similiar principals, primarily choice vocabulary, pacing, and tonality control... but I just consider that good speaking skills. My NLP background is more along the lines of Bandler and Grinder, and Anthony Robbins... I use it on myself to constantly improve and enhance my inner game, as well as my perceptions.Probably the biggest tool outside of NLP for my inner self, would be my 14 inch penis. Ok I lied! It's probably the fact that I'm naturally very C&F probably 30% Cocky and 70% Funny naturally, but that gets shifted depending on calibration. That and Body Language reading I'm still trying to kick that up more but the better I get at it, the more body language looks alot like the magic bullet to me. Disclaimer: I don't actually have a 14 inch penis, lol |
