Post subject:  AA issues? Ask M2

I may not be Gods-gift to women.....I am not even a great PUA....yet....but one thing I don't suffer from is approach anxiety. It's totally unnatural. Just ask my wings- some of them are posters on here- but the more I am learning the more I realize just how powerful and debilitating it can be for you guys- so ask me anything approach anxiety related, I'll try to help.

Helpful pointers.

-first, remember she is a human and probably more insecure than you are. *internalize that*

-she doesn't shit strawberry yogurt, it's poop, just like yours. Take her off the fucking pedestal.

-sometimes you just have to jump. I think this is one reason I don't get it. Growing up in the middle of nowhere you come up with creative ways to entertain yourself. Riding a bull, or jumping off a rope swing or any of that crazy shit takes shutting off that part of you that says "is this a good idea?" kill it, numb it with ice, do what you go to do, but the reasoning and logic portion of your brain will act against you. You need to get in touch with your inner animal.

-Don't beat off- ever again. Until you kill AA, don't.

-Watch this- http://youtu.be/qhmcJ7Zg5ko ----I love this scene

-Internalize the idea that you are a fun, interesting, great guy. It would be a shame if she didn't find out. You're the best fucking thing that will walk into her life.

Let me know gents.

I like this post. Very informative, especially for those starting in this community.

If I could add 2 cents into this thread, I'd say that something that really helped my AA was to understand that no matter what, it will always be there.

The problem is not the AA itself, but how we handle the outcome of our approach. If the outcome is good, it empowers us, we feel great, and motivated for the next one. However, if the outcome is bad, we simply have to understand that we cannot always win.

Even the BEST PUAs can't attract every single girl out there (no matter what they say).

No one is special, and if you are in this community, it's good for you to realize that at the end of the day, it's a number's game: The more you approach, the more you get.

Keep your chins up and stay motivated!!!

Good luck guys :)

Good shit Bansario- I'd like to add to yours- to develop a mindset that makes you independent of outcome and an autonomous emotional state is the best way to get over it as well
