Post subject:  WTF is this girl doing?
so she asked for my number first a couple months ago through my best mate. I assumed he gave it to her. We flirted a bit etc and got paired as study buddies. I ask for her phone no. and she says its broke.Then after the summer i come back to school and she says she's been texting me but my fone wasn't working so i was using my mums and couldnt see the "texts"

so i say to her "i'll give u the number when its working again" she says ok.

then I say to her a week later "my phones working again, i can give u the number if you want?"

she replies "but we're not study buddies anymore?(laugh)"

wtf, After all this time and asking for my number first, she says that?

she's the most flakey girl i've ever seen. If feel like she wants me and doesn't at the same time

What did you reply ?! And to me personaly sounds like she was just kidding, cuz if she was serious she wouldnt laugh, more likely she would give you the awkward face.

she said it while she had her phone in her hand, I just laughed and sat down in my seat.

So just to be clear the first time whe wanted your # was before you even knew that you will be study buddies, right?! You should've make her ask you about your #, something like "Remember that your tried to text me in the summer and my phone was broken. Well I have some good news - my phone is alive again" or something ( that is my version of one of Mystery's techniques. Don't push it, suggest it.

She wasnt very committed from the start. She asked for your number, big deal. A lot of girls ask for a lot of numbers. Doesnt mean anything. She told you her phone was broken, that is girl for "Sorry buddy you should have acted, now its too late, not interested anymore if I ever was".

Then you told her that you could wait until her phone was working again which in girl means "I am needy and desperate." Which is a huge turnoff.

Then you pushed it even more by telling her that now you can give her you number which means "hey, I really dont have any other options and I am really desperate". You asked to give her your number twice!

And she says "but we arent studybuddies anymore". In girl that means "What part of I am not interested dont you get. You can give me your number but I am not gonna use it so why bother."

So flaky? No. Not interested and you misinterpret her interest? Yes. She cannot be flaky if she doesnt invest in you or committ in some way...

i understand that mate. also this is from a thread i made a month ago about the same girl
