Post subject:  So I met a cute older girl in the dating site
An about 2 months ago I started to chat with a cute girl that is older by 4 years. We chatted a lot in these 2 months and after a while I asked her for coffee when I will be in the city (I was on a vacation in another country). She agreed but said that we will meet as friends (not like a date). Finally, few weeks ago I came back to the city. Today asked her if she free at Thursday and asked for a # and also wrote mine. After few hours she wrote that she is not sure about Thursday but wrote her #. I wrote that we will talk later this week.
Now, I must say that I saw only pics (it is a good dating site because I met few cheeks there already and they were great) but I like this girl and want to spend few nights with her (she said before that she planning to move to another city).
I don't want to end up an evening with her only as friends.
How to deal with that if she said before that we will meet but only as friends because that thing happened to her before and ended ugly (she said that to me) (she meant that she met guys that thought something different about the meet).
Few tips and tricks will be very helpful.

I am not fond of internetdating, because sometimes profiles are fakes and pictures are fake too (or extremely well-taken).

Since you haven't met her yet, and you are already very in to her. Be careful with this, otherwise you will unaware become needy. Maybe oneitis....

The reason why she said she wants to meet with you as friends, because otherwise she didn't feel comfortable. It is NOT you. Besides, it could be an Anti-Slut-Defense. What if the date turns out that well and one thing will lead to another. She doesn't want you to think that she dates many men.

So my advice, agree with her to have a drink as friends. This will lower her shield too. Keep it light, bro!

I'm not new to internet dating so I took all precautions as I always do (we are friends also in social network site so the photos are real). She cute but I'm not into her that much (already have more than a couple other girls to date with). The main reason why I'm asking is because she 31 and I 28 so this is a little bit different although I dated a while ago in same age difference.
I also thought about lowering expectations as a way to remove the pressure and not to see her as easy to get.
I'm trying to figure out how to attract her so it would become a date. When to call, how to ask and how to behave right.

What have you been doing for last two months?

Don't worry about is this a date or not. If you get to see her and you have fun with her she will let you close her.
