Post subject:  Do I still have a chance?
I've fancied the same girl for 4 years. I've always been the nice guy, however I changed my game about 4 months ago and everything changed and she liked me. When I told her I liked her she told me to come over hers that week to try things between us. The next day, I said, so when are you free? She told me she just wanted to be friends. I've liked her since then but still remained offish.

She still flirts with me, however it's usually me who starts the conversation. I should probably add we only speak by text really even though she's in my school. Recently I've noticed she flirts with my friend, and it really pisses me off. I'm going to a party tonight, and she will be there. Is there anything I should say?

Now about this party I would suggest you do some DHVing and alot off it
Hang with your friends have fun and don't spend to much time looking for/at her
just do your thing and she will probably come to you.
beaware tho if your DHV game isnt that good yet this snst going to work

Nothing happened between us. I was quite drunk, which really made little difference apart from giving me fuck loads of confidence. I was cocky/funny the whole night and many girl seemed to keep coming back to me. Still not the one I want!

I agree with traveller, oneitis really sucks. I liked this girl for a year (back in college), she had a boyfriend and I didn't want anything to do with her. Even when you don't want anything its very difficult to get over it. However things did help when she went abroad and that was my best year when it came to picking up girls cause I just didn't give a fuck

If you are "offish", you don't "flirt back".

Decide on a frame and stick to it.

As long as you change frames due to her behavior towards you, she is going to take you for granted, because you are always going to be under her thumb. You'll be predictable and you'll be written off.

For now, be indifferent and slightly formal towards her.

You're not her flirty buddy or something equally stupid, you are a man who wants to be intimate with her, behave like one.
