I don't really want this to be a lay report, so I'll try to make the actual narrative short. Basically met this girl Thursday night, and talked to her for probably only about 15 minutes. I invited her to this party we had last night. We danced, drank some beer, danced some more.

Dammit this has been all I've been able to think about all weekend. The worst part for me is that I feel like I left her unsatisfied. Luckily, I picked her up randomly, so we don't share any friends. If I run into her though I'm not sure what I'll say.

For now, I'm not gonna masturbate or watch porn. I'll try again with another girl next weekend and hope for the best.

Probably the beer, cause your not 50 and even if you jerked 10mins before you went out that night you should still be able to get hard. Did you get hard while grinding with her? If your still worried have a back up plan for next time little blue pill.

chronic porn and beer really doesn't help. Maybe a little bit of booze is ok, but don't get too drunk cause there you'll have whiskey dick. And porn is actually destructive to your esteem/sexual confidence, etc..., and you'll become more and more frustrated. I quit porn 2 years ago, didn't get a lot of action but it doesn't make you feel as frustrated.

Try again with the girl without porn, and you'll see the difference

I have had this problem twice with randoms hookps. I came to the conclusion it is just nervousness. It's something like stage fright but at the penis level :) Even new girls I start to date, first time sex sucks for me. It usually goes away once you actually connect with the girl by getting to know her. I beat this with experience, just more sex with more girls made me more comfortable. And if you are embarrassed about it, FUCK IT, they are randoms anyways. It will eventually get better if you say your fit and healthy. And you better be wearing jimmies!!

And alcohol is a factor but 3 beers shouldn't make you limp unless you are an very easy drunk. Chronic masterbation is evil.. This is a useful and interesting thread.

I'm old enough to have been there a few times and I still get first night nerves. I'm meeting a girl later this week. Just for drinks. I will be kissing, fondling, etc. But its set up in such a way there will be no chance progression to sex. Pre-sabotage on both parties part.

I will then meet her again and being more confident and relaxed (assuming date 1 went well, if it didn't no date 2 anyway) and this will be where we have sex.

This minimises pressure to perform. I still get first night nerves which is why random one night stands aren't really my target.

I guess I can work on my sexual confidence and make them work for me but thats another topic.

The message is - you aren't alone, I never realised the porn was that much of a problem.
