So this girl is asking me what I want for my birthday. I am still a little iffy on her but am enjoying the sexual tension we are building. I dont know if I will be f-closing this one but my goal is to be on her mind all the time.

When she first asked me I just said "idk if you can give me what I really want" and then she replied with the same question as before "what do you want for your bday?"

How can I keep this going without being too forward and keeping the whole hard-to-get aspect going?

It sounds like she is pretty much hinting at something sexual/wanting you to respond with something sexual. In which case, you are correct about not wanting to be too forward. You want to say "I want to f*** you," without saying "I want to f*** you."
Use something indirect, about the qualities you like about her, without saying specifically her.

For example, I might say something along the lines of: "I'd really like to lay in bed and have a smart, classy girl with a great sense of style feed me a birthday cake that she baked for me herself."

Having her alone in your bedroom implies sexuality, without actually saying it.
You are making her feel special by acknowledging specific, non-physical traits.
You are making her invest in you and establishing compliance by having her bake you a cake.
And you are being indirect by describing a girl like her, but not specifically her.

haha thanks man,

basically told her to wrap herself up and that i may be interested then.

her last text was "im not so sure but we'll see. You never know what will happen."

Thinking that I am just going leave it dead air from there and the next time I see her work up the Kino level. I dont want to end up in the friend zone so im down to make-out with her. But past that idk yet.
