Im a full time student and work two jobs. I got this girls number in one of my classes and met up with her the other day. Unfortunately I was very tired from working and doing homework all day. I actually tried to post pone our date because I was so tired but she insisted we meet up. We met up and I was not my usual perky energetic self, I was pretty down and out of it. I got a kiss close but I still think I could have done better and it seemed like some parts were awkward because my brain just wasn't functioning right from the lack of energy. The main question is will this first date make a lasting impression since I was so tired? I know if i got a second date I would play my game soOoO much better.[/b] |

I don't think any of us is a psychic here or can work a crystal ball, to give you the answer of what might happen in the future between you two. That being said, a kiss close is by no means a bad thing. On the contrary, it signifies an amount of attraction that you've built with this girl. Now, you can just ask her out for the second time and work with that, depending on her answer. Also, don't bring up your behavior on the first date, unless she does it first herself. |

Then get a second date. Usually if I'm in that situation - e.g. I'm tired or stressed out on a date - I let the girl know. Not in a chumpish way like "oh my gosh, I'm so sorry about being tired today, I must be boring you." I just say something like, "man, there's so much stuff going on right now, I haven't had a good night's sleep in like 2 weeks!" so she knows I'm tired. Seems to work fine. |
