Post subject:  Freez out tips please
Ok so when doing a freez out do you reply to 0% of her messages?

I'm doing one today but I'm expecting her usual "are we ok/are you mad at me" lunch time text.

How do I respond? Or do I just completely ignore?


I know if I ignore then I'll get a similar text before bed! Do I not reply to it too?





One more question, what is a freeze out actually meant to achieve?

Freeze outs can occur in set, such as punishing a target HB for bad behavior, and taking all the prior good feelings away and focusing the attention on her friends. It is important that the PUA has established a precedence of good feelings prior the freeze out, so that when it occurs, it feels like the sunshine has gone away, along with him.

Freeze outs may also work where the HB hesitates right before sex. Freezing out will take away the good kino feelings, making her want it back. It is important not to be angry or overly emotional during a freeze out, or draw much attention to it at all, which would come across as spiteful or needy.

The Game has an entire chapter on it really great definition in it i just pulled this off google for ya hope it helps.

Freezing out means freezing out literally. Like the freeze frame. Nothing moves in that, does it?

Do not respond to any text, any call or any other such overture from her side.

Do your thing, and if you feel an urge to respond to her just distract yourself.

Personally, I go on insane Call of Duty marathons when I am freezing out/ getting over a girl. Video games work wonders to divert your attention from women.

Freeze outs, outside of LMR are pretty standard even for naturals. Like the previous poster said, establish really good feelings and rapport ahead of time, she'll notice.

LMR freeze outs are good too...

I am freezing out 4 girls currently. Two broke it yesterday, for the next week, when they do keep trying to reopen me, Ill just respond with one word answers. (via text, email, ect) if I respond at all.

One even got a mutual friend to tell me how she "important" and how "I should talk to her."

My only response was, "Sorry-busy."

I send them to the edge and then pull back at the last moment, the key is knowing how much she can take. Overdue it and you'll lose her forever. Not enough and you'll look weak. Also- attention whore types hate freeze outs but it is normally the only way to maintain attention long term.

The edge is different for every girl, but expect it to be some overly dramatic attempt at getting your attention, and then you just respond with "Oh hey, sorry been super busy, whats up." or something like that.

Many will criticize this as bull shit or games. It is. There is an old saying: you get more flies with honey than you do vinegar. Which is true. However- as anyone growing up on a farm knows, nothing attracts more flies than a huge, steaming pile of bull shit. LOL

Great tips guys. The hardest thing for me during a freezeout is not showing negative emotions and just being oh so cool. It really hones my acting skills :)

That's basically what you are while dating, PUA artist or not. The French say: "You don't fall in love with a woman, you fall in love with the illusion."

Manage how you are perceived and you will keep frame. After-all perception IS reality.

Just to give you an idea of timeframes: I have been doing it with 4 girls currently.

One broke this morning after a week and two days. (genuine fucking HB 10)

Another after 3 days (attention whore HB 7.5)

Another after 4 days. (HB 9)

The fourth girl is in the second day.

I am not a patient person, so in order to maintain the freeze out I just go out and sarge others or do what Don does, or hang out with friends, or go fishing, or in a sense live my life. Let us know how it goes!
