I've seen multiple guys try to make moves on her. I've flirted with her big time. As soon as I ask her (after getting zero IoIs or after not seeing any other guys get them in these moments) "could you not tell I was/ they were flirting with you?" she looks surprised and admits to never being able to tell when flirting is going on.

She might even be flirty back, and still be rather oblivious to it all. Thinking that that is just cause she's pretty damn playful in general.

How should I deal with a chick who is oblivious to flirting? We have a movie-date-notdate-thing tomorrow (she's moving to europe soon so we're trying to hang out more before she leaves). Should I just tell her "[name], I know you leave soon, but I'm way interested in you. In case you can't tell, I've been trying to make that obvious and blah blah blah."

I mean I just cannot, for the life of me, see any excuse why a man would ask a woman that question. Also, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT say that. You've just been very lax when it came to making the right moves, no one gives a shit about "big time flirting", the thing which matters is the "right time flirting". I think you blew it by never making moves on her and instead, questioning her reaction to you "flirting".

To be honest, in my now sleep-having, rested mind, I'm wondering why I even typed that question. ACTUAL current plan of attack: some reframing and rapid escalation. Opinion on that approach? when someone you don't like flirts with you, the only way to respond is to pretend you dont see any flirting going on and ignore it. because flirting back shows interest, which you dont wanna show to someone you dont want a relationship with.. or maybe the girls is socially anxious, asperger's type, bisexual, threatened, etc.. she is NOT interested in you or the other guys! move on. there are girls who will flirt back and call you babe and darling and hug you and bump their boobs against you when you flirt with them.. they are much more worth your time! move on!
