I hate to sound like a pussy - opps , but i just freeze up when I'm in a nightclub, i cant walk , my legs dont want to move , what is more disturbing is that i took a bootcamp , the tools they gave me to deal with fear dont seem to be realistic for someone riding solo , and that what my aim is . i dont believe that you should have to rely on other people being around you to pull hb's...does anyone have any tips, apart from stop being such a fucking pussy ...which is easier said they done... |

approach everyone and say hi to everyone. the more people you talk to the less stressful it's going got get. you can't expect miracles right away you will definitely look ridiculous at first but it's going to be better with more practice. |
