I find it quite hard,to get the opener into a conversation. Most of the time I go with opener , which I think it's quite good: Do you know where can I find the closest restaurant? It's good because it removes bitch shields from most.Tell me what is the best way to turn this into a good conversation,and make her give my number when I ask her. |

Hmm... from experience Well, you can tell her abit of why you asked for a restaurant or something. A DHV story of sorts, from there you can shift your conversation from mere directions to any possible story that you have in mind related to that topic, and you can shift it to a somewhat bend away from the topic to keep it lively and not monotonously boring. my $ 0.02

Opener 1st, then when you've got her attention ask her for advice on something... What I have is "Could you help me with something else. Do you think it's ok for a guy to dump a girl via text message? A friend of mine is seeing a girl... etc etc" You can expand the conversation by going into detail on other options he has like email, telephone, should he arrange to meet up with her to tell her - what happens if she thinks it's a hot date and he comes with bad news? You could follow with a shortish mystery story; a "Guess what happened to me the other day..." story. Girls like mysterious stories. This is an opportunity to multithread... If you're near a coffee house play the '5 questions game' (Strauss) for a coffee. If she wins (which she wont) you buy her a coffee and 'might' give her your number (be confident), if you win, she buys the coffees and you have a 5 minute date in the coffee place. This hasn't been tested by myself yet but I'm sure Strauss has. ...and it's not the end of the world if she says no. At least you went for it. Good luck |
