being needy is when you give all your energy to a woman, but expect none in return. if you're unfamiliar with pua, think about it like the give and take of relationships. if you're super needy, women will notice you're trying so hard to win them and be turned off. there might be a few women who get turned on by this, but if there are i havent met them.
of course, this isnt a bad thing. the only reason women dont like men who are needy is because (for the most part) they'd rather be the one giving and their man taking. this is why stuck up jerks get girls. not because they're greedy douchebags, but because being greedy means you take, take, take, and women love giving.
instead of being needy and trying so hard for a woman, try this:
1.) try for her, make it apparent you want her. flirt with her.
2.) after a little bit, give up. tell her: "hey if you're not interested just let me know so i can stop trying so hard. i like you, but if you're not the same i dont see a point in working for it."
this is the ultimate damage control for a naturally needy guy. i've done this and watched as women scrambled to make up for all the work they didnt put in, and it basically turned the tables so she was the one working for it and i was just sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying, while she gave, gave, gave.
