Hey guys, the other night i bring i girl back to my dorm at like 2am, we start making out and and pretty soon im rounding third base. You can try to kegel. To do this when you are peeing and you want to stop you flex the muscle that stops the pee. By kegeling it moves your prostate closer to you penis making it more enjoyable for you. You can do reverse kegels if you want to last longer. Don't masturbate and watch a shit load of porn. Just like there are steps for MPUA, there are steps to mastering great sex and staying hard. Do you last that long because you can't stay hard or is this is only when you try and have sex or maybe because you have a small penis and your embarrassed about it? Whenever we have problem we have to be HONEST with ourselves in order to fix the problem. Breathing like dropatron said is key. Somethings to do daily, 1. drink a lot of water 2. eat a lot of fruit. Naked Drinks are amazing too, lots of vitamin B get enough sleep 3. eat healthy. avoid caffeine, soda, chips, fast food, etc. 4. don't be stressed. (have journal that you write all the things that stress you out down. Then make a plan and a time line to resolve all of them.) 5. exercise daily 6. do leg squats 1-2 days for the big load (i have a friend who's training to be a doctor and he said have a really heavy leg lift your load will be upto 2X as big 7. think about sex all day long 8. when its time for sex, focus on the touching and how good it feels. nothing else. just the touches, the smell of her hair, and all the 'positive feelings' |
