Yesterday I decided that I'm going to start some kind of test. I'll put my girls into two groups, with Group A I'll try to keep very close contact, but try to avoid neediness. i.e. instead of messaging them frequently with stuff like "how are you today?" I'll simply try to constantly DHV, by sending out messages like "I'm actually hanging out with Friends at .....", "Having fun at the Beach..." etc. And that 2-3 times per week.
And with Group B I'll simply keep the contact very limited, and wait for THEM to initiate a conversation, or only contact them once every 2-3 weeks.
We'll see what works better, but I think Group A will do better
