Ever since I can remember Ive never been much of a guy to get a strong stiffy unless im getting oral.
Making out, groping, squeezing tits. Noting gets my erections past 40%. Even last night I was fingering a girl and I had nothing.

I dont believe I have PA (Performance Anxiety). Because I do believe I could please a woman if only I could get it up.

But here's the thing. Im only 17. This shit should not be happening to me at this age. I should be able to think of my girlfriend naked and insanity spring one. Not the case

Could this be inner game issues? Sure. But hell, Im willing to say its even a physical problem at this point. I need some suggestions about what to do with this problem I have. I feel like if I dont do something about it it will haunt me for a long time

Do you have a full, strong erection when you are waking up in the morning (morning wood?) How about when you masturbate?

In a normal healthy young male with normal hormone levels you should be getting a series of erections during sleep and especially on waking in the morning. If you aren't sure what's happening down there at night here is an old trick.

Take a piece of Scotch tape and tape it around your dick when you go to bed. Fasten it around the base of the shaft when you are completely flaccid so that both ends of the tape touch but make sure that it is not tight or squeezing into the penis.

If you wake up in the morning and the tape is broken or peeled off at the ends it means you had an erection during the night. If it is still secured in it's original position it means that you did not.


The significance of this test is to see if there is a physiological reason you are not getting erect. If you get a full erection during sleep then you are physiologically intact and there is an emotional or psychological reason you are not getting erect.

If you are physiologically not getting an erection that is concerning because there are some diseases that affect that such as diabetis etc etc. and it is something you should see your doctor about.

If it is just that you are nervous or uncomfortable then you just need to find ways to relax and find an environment that is more condusive to arrousal.

I do get stiff in the morning and when rubbing one out.
I dont have any diseases that I know of which would affect me like this in any way.

I feel as if its because Im not getting turned on for whatever reason. I feel great when Im messing around with a girl, but im not so much aroused.

It could be the girl that you were with. Does she meet your level of attraction?

This has happened to me in the past where I couldn't get fully erect. Each time it was because I wasn't turned on enough by the girl I was with.. I was just trying to score with any random chick at the time.

Usually if the girl isn't good in bed and is just a flat out dead lay then I have difficulties getting it up. Don't know why but I need them to really get me going haha.

Otherwise, if you are really attracted to her then it could just be PA. Even though you know you will please her you could still just be getting nervous. Some people just get nervous and worked up really quickly their first time with someone. It's normal because this is a new and unknown experience. Just let the girl know that its not her fault and try to get more comfortable with the situation.

It took me until about the age of 24 to start saying, "What am I doing here?" I shouldn't be in the sack with some girl just because I could. I may not actually like the girl. I may not actually be all that attracted to her. Hooking up with anyone you think you can get, because you're afraid you can't get better, is a form of low self-esteem. My dick isn't lying, I'm not that hot for this girl. I resolved that I would not put myself in that situation anymore, with inadequate girls, out of some abstract need "to get laid." I'd sooner be without sex than with a girl that I don't actually enjoy sex with. I don't go after a woman "solely for her brains, or her personality," or simply because she's breathing. If she's not doing it for me sexually then it's not on. I vowed to have standards.

I actually have the reverse of performance anxiety. Seems I do a pretty decent job, hard as a rock, but I often don't feel a thing. So it starts to become boring and mechanical. Someone told me it could be a latex allergy.

Try doing Men's Kegel Exercises, after some practice you learn to control your erection, really helped me. I used to get an erection but lose it fast, until I started reading all about sexual anxiety and impotency, until I stumbled on Kegel exercises

You learn to control the blood flow in your penis, correct me if I'm wrong but Kegel exercises also helps you if you have premature ejaculation

Do you work out? Personally I after I workout and for the rest of the week I'm extremely horny, testosterone? Maybe , but seems to help

Yup,

So Jax, like you said you get really hard after oral, with kegels/knowing how to control your PC muscles, you will be able to keep it up after she is done oral.
