i definitely think i came across as too needy on this one. got her number, she drunk dialed me, i rejected. went downhill from there. online convo, trying to express i am NOT needy i think did the opposite in her mind. Me: you are a really nice girl! i know the perfect guy for you! HB: aw well thanks...but i kinda already got a guy...but always looking for a good friend now i know i should express some kind of IOD, but how do you do that online? any suggestions on what i should say to this HB? i was thinking about giving her a real name of my friend who lives in the same dorm as us so she knows it was not me i was talkin about the "perfect guy". she DID use the word kinda which means something made her say that instead of "but i already got a guy" what are your thoughts? i have trouble with coming off as not needy i guess.. -Rye |

i would tell her something like kosmos "thats cool i want nothing from you but to enjoy the pleasuer of your company." then when you are hanging out if she starts again on the guy( which from the way she said "kinda have a guy but im looking for good friends" she might be justifing a split from him and testing the waters in advance) stack to a few bf destroyers and there is a great post that was just put up about avoiding the LJBF zone that would prob work. just thought id add my two cents feneix2012 |

Learn from your mistake, and work with some more girls. Don't stick with this one. You messed up which is not a bad thing just learn from it. Eventually you'll become a master, and you can bring a few girls that love you out with her. She will notice girls love you and re think the LJBF zone she put you in. Neg the shit out of her when you bring along the girls, and she will wish she hadn't said LJBF then you make your move. Keep working on it, and don't let anyone push you around. |
