I'm going to be open and honest about this without the fear of any embarrasment, I think I have Erectile Disfunction. I would consider myself a great PUA however the only problem is that I have trouble ending the closing stage of courtship. Yesterday was my 18th birthday and it was the most amazing day of my life. I walked into the bar with 2 girls in my arm, one to whom I had sex with at the end of the night. Only it took a while to get in. When I'm doing anything else excluding sex I get as hard as an acryllic baton but when it comes to sex the nerves take over and I just find it hard. This has been occuring for a few years now (well, since I lost my virginity at 13 to be honest). Has anyone went through these problems with nerves and if possible is there any effective way to get rid of them. AFCCoffee

If you can get it up by yourself then it's more likely to be psychological man. Probably over thinking things or becoming to anxious, try to relax....Or buy some viagra, chances are after you use it once with a girl, you won't need it again after.

At 18? that sucks. Firstly were you drinking at the time? I know I have issues barring up when I'm really drunk. Otherwise there could be an issue in your diet. Tried horny goat weed? Also lay off porn if you watch it, I think psychologically it distorts your reality of sex. Neil Strauss wrote he had ED in The Game so maybe give it a read. gl

Top of my head this sounds like a psychological issue, which means you have performance related issues regarding sex but on a deeper level self esteem issues! Think of it in terms of this: Layer One: 1)I CANT GET AN ERECTION NOW THAT I NEED IT! (this is the most obvious part of the problem) caused by?.. Layer Two: 1) I think I have a small penis 2) I dont think I can truely satisfy a women/other performance related issues 3) Stress/Fear you cant get it up (self fulfilling prophecy) 4) etc etc caused by?.. Layer Three 1) Poor self esteem related or unrelated 2) Perceived or 'real' Emotional Damage done by previous partners Otherwise it could be .. You are so intensely attracted to a specific women you cannot get 'aroused' by other women - (ive had this happen to me it's insane lol) Your maybe 'over-thinking' it, clear your mind and live in the moment!

It sounds like it might be psychological. That happened to me one time with a girl I was dating. Because of performance anxiety, I was unable to get an erection. But after relaxing and not putting too much emphasis on it, I was able to "rise to the occassion" and satisfy her.
