Hi guys, nearly all the clubs in my area are loud clubs with a massive dance floor and ridiculous music levels. Needless to say this means there is a problem in communication. Leaning in to hear what someone says leads to pecking (which generally I can avoid via simple 'come here' gestures). I find it very hard to generate attraction in this type of environment, are there anyway's in which you can generate attraction non-verbally short of being a sick dancer (I'm not bad)? I have had a good think about possible ways to solve this problem: - High levels of social proof --> entourage game - Body language - Having a good 'vibe' Although I've had these thoughts it would be interesting to hear what you guys think and how I can go about generating attraction non-verbally Regards, rageamachine |

the best way to do it is by body language, sexual escalation and eye contact.. |

I bomb horribly in clubs for many of the same reasons you mentioned - not a fan of large crowds, ear splitting music, etc. but I tend to do pretty well in quieter environments because I think I'm pretty good with words. Frankly, I'd rather have a club that had some space - the ones near me are so tiny they have a dance floor the size of my living room and they don't even have a VIP section or seating area. Having just watched the whole Season 2 of the The PUA and taken a buttload of notes, I'm going to try these things this weekend at the club near me: - Getting there a bit earlier before the place gets super packed. - Peacocking a bit, using props to get noticed. I've got an awesome hat and a cool fuzzy scarf that I can use to peacock a bit and also use for lock-in. - Just trying non-verbal communication. Eye contact, smile, body positioning, body rocking. Trying to look "cool" while dancing is the kiss of death, my friend. Unless you naturally have a dancer's grace or are an accomplished break dancer or something, most guys just look like tools out there on the dance floor. There are a million better ways to DHV. |

Did you see the Stealth Attraction video in the videos section? Check that out. I used to hate clubs for all of the same reason and now my favorite place in the world to game is a super noisy, super busy club! |
