Ok I mentioned before I got a lot better at doing cold approaches on a one on one basis. Now I want to tackle another sticking point and that's dealing with groups. I know that IOIs can be used to help defuse approach anxiety. Any other ideas? |

Just to be clear on your question, you're asking how to get rid of approach anxiety when opening groups ? |

How did you get over you approach anxiety on single sets ? |

Initially I looked for IOIs. So for example if a girl smiled at me that was my queue to start chatting her up. Once I became more comfortable I stopped relying on solely on IOIs and just approached. Would it be possible to use a variation of this tactic with groups as well? |
