This is something i found thanks to my best friend, that we used to approach girls on streets last week:
When I approach girl, I put the girl in my frame, in other words, i forgot about all the people around me and being focused on the material of my head that I'm using, the body language, the IOI's and so on. Two or three times some other people tried to interrupt my game, asking for money, cigarettes or so on. First set that happened that to I was about to twist my head and see who is the man who is interrupting me (a normal people's reaction) but as soon that thought came in my head I remembered that I will bring her attention to the stranger, so I ignored him and he just left, cause he toke no attention.
The other sets i just ignore the guy even speaking little bit louder, so she couldn't notice him. When you approach girls, you are the only one that is important to the girl, not the people that you come with, neither the people who are walking behind you. Imagine you and the girl at square that is so big, that you two feel comfort. Everything out of square doesn't exist. If you are less confident than me, or feel fear, just practice it, man. Only practice beats all the shits.
Actually I don't believe someone will give you the power, to avoid interrupts and discomfort with words, you will gain it with your mood and expression
