I can get a girl's attention easily and I can seal the deal after attraction and comfort are built more times than not, but where my game really suffers is the 5 minutes right after I open (pretty crucial time lol). Either I don't say enough or I start to sound like I'm interviewing them. Also it often feels forced and awkward: I'll say something, she'll respond, silence, I'll say something else, she'll respond, silence...

But learn some game or something. It's called the transition.

Just be yourself and comfortable in whatever you decide to do or say. The girls sense that uncomfortable vibe you get because you begin to give it off in your actions and talk. Be comfortable in things getting uncomfortable. Call out the elephant in the room. If she is being weird and you think she is waiting for you to do something, call her on it. You do not always have to fill silent voids with meaningless jargon. That sets off a weaker stance as you have made it your duty to fill all holes in the conversation.

Be interesting, talk and introduce yourself and learn some stuff about her. She will give you all clues you need. Do not stay too long. If it is time and you feel like you have hooked her enough, suggest a day and place to hang out. Go there or get the number and bounce if an insta-date or ONS is not possible.
