Seems harsh but if you can't be with her and the fact that you can't be with her, hurts you, you gotta move on and stay away.
However, if you really really really think she's like THE ONE, set up a meeting and tell her how you feel. What can you lose? she's away anyway so you're fucked, you might as well TRY
