| Post subject: | how to get over being self conscious? |
What are some things I can do to get over being self conscious? The stem of my self consciousness is im afraid to put myself out there and look silly in front of people. Even in front of my friends. Any tips on solving this? I feel like once I have this under control my game will be much much better! |

Subliminal self-hypnosis meditation will help with inner issue or in psychology for one confronting fears is to put themselves out there in front of their fears (like think of Bruce Wayne in SPAM Begins embracing his fears of bats yet not let it bother him). Always ask yourself, what's the worst that could happen? |
