Look, i have basically no trouble talking to girls i am not attracted to, but with once there is a girl who meets my standards whose closeby i suddenly get all nervous. This does kinda f*** me over, because i am not able to enjoy a comfortable, relaxed and confident conversation with her and i always run out of things to say so i can keep her interested. Anyone got anything on this matter? I will happily take your help.

I can totally relate tho. I went to my dermatologist and the nurse was this smokin hot blonde, hb9, with big blue eyes. And she was sitting there right in front of me giving me a consultation. I totally AFC'd out. I couldn't look her in the eyes because I literally wanted to just lean forward and kiss her right on the lips! Because how often do we have hotties that close to us giving us their full attention? It was then that I realized I had some serious eye contact issues, because it was really hard for me to be confident and keep her gaze. I bet that girl would still look gorgeous taking a big ol' shit, so I don't think Mr. Jablowme's suggestion will work in that instance.
