Hey guys. After gaming whenever you have a chance and being good at it, you will definitely end up with quite a good number of contacts. Obviously, not all of them will go as you wish. Flakes are guaranteed. Women are flaky in general: maybe she may be busy, sick, bereaved, her cat is having kidney failure, her fish grabbed the TV remote into the fishtank, the list is endless. Some Become dormant in Your Phonebook with nothing Going On Whatsoever. I know I STILL STAND A CHANCE. Right? But I don't know how to reinitiate the conversation And Pick Up from Where We Left out(Pun Intended, Ha!) . Here are the facts: she may not remember you,so You will get the occasional, 'who is this?', secondly, attraction has faded out. My friend says I SHOULD DELETE them all. But, I know I still stand a good chance. I'm just not sure how :-( I know you guys can help me out here. Thanks for taking your time to read.

Actually in a similar position to you with one girl! Dormant for about 2 months now, and we've been on a date and hooked up etc. Keen to see what others think.

Does your friend have good game?

I typically delete only the ones I don't like, but that's me 8)

I like to re-open them from time to time, during a dry spell. Or anytime really.
It all depends on the comfort level I had with them as to HOW I re-open

Well buddy, if you want me to give you real advice, here's the REAL DEAL , but if you want me to sympathies with you, well, I'm not the right person. lol , Anyways here's how it goes:

Mystery says in his new book The Pickup Artist:

Picking up girls is like going to a field to pick tomatos. You run around the field to find the ripe and nice ones; and when you find one then you pluck it! Now if while plucking one you accidentally bruise a tomato, YOU DON"T TRY TO FIX IT. you throw it away and you pluck the next one you see.

Personally, I have experienced that trying to fix a set that has already been fucked up is a lot harder than oppening a new set and making a fresh start. This is because of all the same reasons that you mentioned e.g. she might not even remember you, the attraction has faded away and unless she's absolutely desprate and in NEED OF A FUCK, it is very unlikely that you get anything better than a few awkward moments on the phone and feeling like shit for getting another BULLSHIT excuse. Believe me man, if you are thinking of calling all those girls from the fucking archive of your phone contacts then you're not APPROACHING ENOUGH new girls. I say this with best intensions though. @ Temptation, I agree with what you are saying, as far as a ruined set goes, but there sure is nothing wrong with banging old sets that were not "bruised" on departure 8)

I find it easier to meet someone new than to re-open someone I already know. Even if I succeed in getting into a conversation, it's not to say I can excite her as much after 3 months as I could had I just met her.

Also remember that hot girls get lots of attention from guys, and a message saying "hey, long time no talk, let's get together" always sounds at least a little desperate.

If you still wanna try re-opening her, the solution is simple. At some point in your very interesting and busy life, you saw something today that reminded you of her. She crossed your mind so you sent her a quick message, not a huge fucking story.


"Yo, I was just at White Castle and I remembered our crazy night back in February! How's it going?!"
"I saw the most hilarious dog chasing a squirrel. You totally would have fallen in love with him."

Draw on your experience with her. Or if you have little to no experience with her, you can always try "I just saw your twin! Do you have a sister in Milwaukee?"
