I know it sounds a bit like a drama, but its my first time experienced this, I'm 24 currently and am a bit socially awkward, slightly, but not completely unable to communicate, but I do have very high value, I just feel like my brain doesn't react fast enough, I met this girl at work place(21) who are an intern, we've been hanging out quite regularly, for the last 4 months or so, I knew all the basics in the game, atleast what not to do, but I don't neg so much, because I've over done it to other girls in the past, and I've learned the middle line of all these, hook and release tatics etc, I get the basics, but due to my low charisma and low self-esteem, after a while, there are things that cannot be hidden, because inner game just takes years to master. now she is deeply in loved with one of my best friend and co-worker who is 10 years older then me. he have charisma, and is always the center of the group in any group interaction, he is always the center of attention, and this guy always seem to have interesting stories to tell that heat up the whole group, able to make perfect comebacks or banter in almost any given situation, also handsome and athletic, only thing is he had a wife already, but he seem to also interested in this girl, and they've been going out every night, although I know nothing have happend between them, because u can easily tell. but now the guy have left this place, and there's 1 week before this girl going to leave, I confessed to her, because its obvious that she knew I'm interested in her already despite many attempt "punishing" her it just wouldn't work, because I don't have high enough value in my personality wise. so if you were in this situation what would you do? also she is treating me as a friend, after I told her I liked her, she said she already knew. So not telling her is just another way to show I don't even had the courage to admit it. So, I guess its the right thing, right now we're still friends, good friend, she don't hate me or anything, she is just madly in loved with someone else. any advise would be appreciated.

the catch about your advice mi100098, is that I do have something to loose if I play the big card, she was my workmate, and I can't just walk away if I did screw it up. I'll have to face her in a long run. It was indeed a difficult situation, funny thing is, even now she knew I'm in a relationship, and the guy she loved isn't going to come back, she still don't seemed to care, and she said she is happy for me lol. But I really wished to see what will happen as time goes. what do you guys think?
