I was analyzing how was a class-mate in college interacting with girls, they all seemed attracted to him. he's a natural alpha male. I tried to analyze everything he does to understand his mindset. First day of the new study year, i saw him interacting with a guy he knew, after then he came and i was talking to him about, personalities, he said: "you saw that guy over there?, he's nice and generous, but he doesn't have a strong personality" and had that sorry-for-him face. this totally let me think "i should not have a weak personality when talking to this guy" then i notice how much power he had and to let people look for his approval, i couldn't know what just happened but after just 5min of talking to him i had a good first impression, he's mature, good talker, funny and confident. One i was talking to my friend (she's a hot girl), he came and just said hi as if we didn't talk before, i was smiling and he was just normal, and he began talking about an issue that none of the students has protested against it and he was all alone to fight for his right. my friend seemed interested in what he's saying, even though that issue is not affecting her at all. after he left, she smiled and said "Wow, he's confident, does he always do that?" i couldn't say anything, in the back of my mind i was thinking, if i did the exact same thing i would not have the same feedback. but what i also noticed he just came to talk about that issue, slightly touch her arm when expressing a point and walk away, he's not looking for feedback, nor a phone number. I couldn't guess what was on his mind. In class, me and him were cracking jokes about everything and make all the class laugh, he was way better then me though, he was doing itt naturally, i was struggling to find something funny/witty to say, when i was hearing the professor he poke me to get my attention and said something funny.So i tried to get his attention while he was paying attention to the professor, i poke him and started talking, he cut me and said "hold on", just like that, i was like WTF. i started feeling self conscious as if i worth nothing. but i figured out that it was his personality, he never let go his focus just to make people around him comfortable,he does what he thinks is good for him. today, me , him and 2 girls are talking about random stuff, then everyone was quiet, i was looking for something funny to say. while i was in my head he just t=started talking "last year i saw two guys right there, holding hands, the first asked for a coffee the other said okay babe, then he said hug me" girls start giggling, he touches one's arm slightly and continue "not a simple hug me, but HUG ME" he said it with a female voice craving for sex, and the girls where laughing out loud. I didn't get it. He continues with another story which seemed DHV: "Once i was in a restaurant with a girl, my girlfriend. we order to eat , and then i asked for a bottle of water, the kid came back with the bottle" and he put him self as if he was the kid, he was handing the bottle as if he's trying to get something from a fire and had those insecure facial expressions along with "Euuhh ..it costs 10$", he continued "i practically spent way more then that , 10$ wouldn't bother" and the girls giggling again. I must be missing something, what makes them laugh like that, how can he be so sure that they gonna laugh at this... so it's my turn now to say something funny, i had to, he's winning the lead, girls starting to completely forget my presence, but i had this void inside and found nothing to say, while he continues to talk about stories he invents. i left them, fuck this, I'm out, no matter how hard i try, no matter how spontaneous and natural i act, it's not working! any, comment, advice, constructive criticism are welcome. |
