So between the mid of October and now, I've gone out on a few dates with two different girls. I don't want to call them "relationships" with each girl since they clearly didn't last, but for lack of a better term, let's call them that. None of the "relationships" overlapped, it was just like one failed so I moved onto the next. I don't have a problem approaching. I don't have a problem getting them interested. I don't have a problem getting the digits. I don't have a problem getting them to come out on a day 2s or even 3s. I don't know where the problem lies... With both girls, we would hit it off exchange numbers and meet up a few times after. I had each girl admit to me they found me attractive, funny, interesting, etc. The first girl and I made plans for the weekend while on a date (it was like a Wednesday) and the date ended with kissing, she grabbed my hand and held it while we walked through the city, then we went our separate ways anticipating the weekend. The weekend comes along... nothing. I call her to meet up and go out on our plans, no response. No text back. I don't pester but let a few days go by and text her. Nothing. It's been about a month and she never got back to me. She finally texted me yesterday, but it wasn't anything to do with anything so I just ignored it. I know that was her way of talking to me, but come on, a month later? What did she expect after blowing me off and being MIA. The second girl - happend this past weekend: On our second 'date' it went perfectly. After our time together (dinner / etc) she suggested we meet up with some of her girl friends who happened to be in the area. We do. They all like me. Night ends. A few days later I call her. Nothing. Turns out she lost her phone in the days in between so no worries, but since I couldn't contact her, I made other plans with some of my bros. We went out, got a little too trashed on guys night out, she shows up at the same club coincidentally with her friends. I think I may have just been too drunk with my friends and annoyed her? Idk. She says goodbye and to call her Monday. I call her Monday. She says she's busy and she'll call me later. Til this day, nothing, though I may run into her later at work (different companies same building). I was just going to play it how I had before when she agreed to go out with me and see what happens. I just don't see why this is happening. Each girl is having a good time, obviously into me, and we make plans... and then it doesn't happen or she says to call her, and then ignores me. It could be a matter of keeping them interested, but if they lost interest, why make more plans or say to call instead of just letting it be and fade away? Suggestions? Ideas? Has this happened to anyone else recently? I know it's something I'm doing because it happened twice in a row, probably a week or two apart. I'm not torn about it, but I'd certainly like to improve for the future. Sorry for the long post, Cheers. |
