Hey guys this seems to be the hardest thing for me. I can keep a conversation going for hours if it's a group but when it gets to one on one I can't keep a conversation going. I don't know why I guess I'm just more comfortable in groups. If someone could give me some pointers that'd be great.

Master the art of asking open ended questions to build rapport with her and keep her talking. Things like "What was it like for you growing up?" or "Tell me about your favorite vacation as a kid..." or "If you could do anything in the world what would it be, and why?" Ask good questions that elicit a longer response and then really listen to those responses to see what you can relate to and tell you stories.

Like anything else...the more you do it the easier it'll get.
