Post subject:  Problem with Losing my frame On day 2s

Ive been having this problem for a while< I am perfectly capable of no.closes but when it comes to meet ups (from online sarging) or day twos it feels like I have to be my best that I have to live up to the expectations etc It messes with me and thats when My aura of seduction and attraction becomes one of well... can ya guess? (weirdy i guess) It gets ontop of me Anyone know how to deal with this sticking point of continuity and confidence/ drive?

well actually that's just you. if the girl wants to meet up with you or did meet up it means that she already invested time in doing that and all you need to do is not to mess anything up. so just chill :)

I get you dude, my game sometimes depends on my mood, which sometimes gets knocked about if work isnt going great, NLP has helped me, now I just eradicate any negative thoughts I have and then try and get in the zone.
It is all state of mind, overthinking can be your best friend and your worst enemy.

well that is, "being fucked up" by "being attached to the outcome" you want to get the girl and that makes you attached to the results and then you think you have to be best and well then you get fucked up. Remember you do not have to be your "approvel seeking best" you have to be your "alpha best"

All about maintaining inner game. If you want a quick fix, Style has mentioned that everyday you should: 1)get some type of work done 2) do something physical (exercise works, but even something as simple as just a walk)
Sounds like your motivation is dwindling and laziness is trying to creep in.
For me, maintaining an exercise program has done wonders on eradicating both of those (lack of motivation and laziness)...also, lots of work on internal dialogue (how you talk to yourself/think about things either boosts you up or tears you down) should work great on this.
