| Post subject: | Handle getting dumped like a PUA |
This seems like an interesting topic that is rarely talked about. This doesn't necessarily have to be in a LTR, it could be something as little as a casual hookup trying to "LJBF" you. AFC's are always powerless during a breakup and even before it when they sense it coming. As a result, they act extra "nice" and needy in a counterproductive method to keep them. The "RAFC" approach (IMO), which is almost always suggested in the PUA realm, is to simply agree with the breakup and go NC on the HB afterwards. Add a few jealousy plotlines down the road and she may be re-attracted (but don't only game others holding out for that hope in mind). But still, this just seems like going with the flow (not alpha-male). But I think an mPUA can do better. He can take control rather than just go with the flow. The whole PUA and alpha-male mindset is based on the belief that if you can "out-frame" a woman in a conversation by using the right combination of techniques, then you can also manipulate the direction of the conversation to some degree. While I'm not saying that you can necessarily "game" a girl into not dumping you, but wouldn't it be cool to walk away from a girl who just "dumped" you with a cool smirk on your face while she just sits there, confused as ever, wondering why she's feeling like the one who just got dumped and possibly wondering if she possibly even made a mistake? Give me your insights. I think this has a lot of potential. |

I hear what you're saying but I'm just taking account that everyone's human and even the best of the best can turn into a wuss at times, leading to this outcome. Think of this topic as me playing Devil's Advocate to some degree. I think a good PUA can somehow manipulate this situation to his advantage by using certain techniques to play on her emotional strings (NLP included). |
