so lately the girls that I have been gaming have asked me how many girls I have slept with in my life. I see this question as a shit test, and I must make the right decision. I just want to know what you guys would say in this situation. obviously if you've been with a hundred bzs you're not going to say that, but just give me your input. Half of the time im honest with them and tell them the real number. The other half I lie. Neither seem to be too affect how the night ends

Since she is trying to force a qualification out of you, I'd say it's a shit test. Just don't answer seriously. You can't win in this situation with a serious tone. Your response will be a DLV if it's like "none" or "a few" or whatever, but it will also be a DLV if you say anything higher, because then you will be bragging and placing importance on some pissing contest, thus revealing your insecurity.

I'd suggest something like "OMG, how can you be so cruel, girls aren't just a piece of meat that I make statistics about, I can't believe you're so bad, now I'm afraid of becoming part of you sick statistics!" Than maybe sexual predators routine... |

What I said "Don't worry, you're not gonna end up as a nr so it doesn't really matter now, does it?" And then kiss her and move forward. If you're not in the situation that you can kiss: "You want to become a number or stay as the person how I see you?" Or anything funny.
