hi guys. recently, i was on the lookout for something that gets people talking, basically conversational openers. i thought of getting a necklace that has a pretty unique design and i ended up getting this miniature abacus with tiny movable beads. when i saw it i immediately knew it could generate conversations, but till today i still have not thought of something to say when girls ask me why i chose an abacus. i was thinking along the lines of calculating something but i need it to DHV or to disqualify them. hope you guys can help me think of something. thanks millions! :)

Hmm, the potential is there for a great openning. Perhaps even use it as a closer too.
Mystery and Style have used their jewelry as a closer before. They offer their object to the target and say, "I want you to hold onto this for me, go ahead and put it on. It looks good on you. Hold onto this for me, and take good care of it. But don't lose it, 'cause it means a lot to me."
I think it's a good way to build trust and rapport with a girl.
Try that out maybe. Tell me how it goes.
