if you know something about coldreading use it, always be possitive, i have had great results, and it's my favourite routine, it's grate to make them courios about what you are going to, you can isolate her to do this. i`ll use it in early comfort. Practice it with friends/mom/whatever. the first couple of time my deliver was not good, but with practice it's awesome.
