How about working it into the 5 lies game:
She has to answer 5 questions from you and all her answers must be LIES, you can bet a drink usually but could work jsut as well with a kiss if you've built up attraction etc:
1: Is your name Esmerelda (Or whatever ridiculous name you can think of) ? - Her: Yes
2: Are you having a good time with me? (Smile to throw her off)- She says No
3: Haha, It's so fun messing with you, what number was I on? - She may stumble and say 3, or if she does clock on to it move onto -->
4: OMG, have you played this before or something?! - She might say yes in which case you win, or she'll say no, move to 5 -->
5: Would you like to kiss me? (Smile) - If she is pretty good at the game, she'll say no and you can both smile and lean in, if she is shit at the game she'll say yes and you can k-close
Generally if she hasn't walked away or bothered to ignore you by the 5th question and you've done it right then you should get the k close
